Hall Rentals & Catering 

        As an alternative to all-inclusive wedding packages, some circumstances - such as unique dietary requirements or particular cuisine - call for greater flexibility in designing one's own Special Event. La Luna Banquet Hall may be rented as the location/venue where your function will take place, with an outside catering company of your choice taking on the responsibility of handling most aspects of your Special Event. While outside caterers are welcome, they must be professional full-service catering companies with a current license, liability insurance and enough staff to handle your Special Event in an efficient manner (advance approval by site manager is required; certain restrictions and outside catering fees apply.)

BANQUET HALL RENTALS

        La Luna is available for hall rentals for almost any kind of party - from a grand wedding reception of your dreams to an informal gathering of family and friends. There are different size rooms to choose from: Paris-Barcelona Room and Florence-San Juan Room can each accommodate up to 120 guests with a sizable dance floor, while the 5,000+ sq. ft. La Luna ballroom can accommodate up to 300 guests comfortably for dinner and dancing. The facility rental fees vary depending on the room size, the day of the week, and the time & length of a function. For events scheduled through the end of 2008, La Luna hall rental fees range from $900 to $3,500. (Prices are subject to change without notice.)

All La Luna Facility Rentals Include:
  • Exclusive Use of La Luna Ballroom (or a private room selected for functions up to 120 guests)
  • Five (5) Hours for Wedding Receptions (Four (4) Hours for All Other Celebrations)*,
  • Pre-function Set-up Time (2-3 hours) for Catering Set-up, DJ, Decorating, etc,
  • 60" Round Banquet Tables to accommodate all guests (8-10 guests per table),
  • Chairs for all guests (Wooden and/or Wrought Iron Chairs are available),
  • Rectangular Banquet Tables for a Buffet Style Event and/or a Dessert Table,
  • Head Table & Bridal Suite (for Weddings only),
  • Portable Bar/Table as needed,
  • Tables/Chairs set-up/break-down and facility cleaning,
  • Hardwood Dance Floor Space as needed,
  • Use of Room Stereo CD System as needed,
  • Complimentary Coat Check (seasonal),
  • Customized Seating Chart, and
  • Event Coordinator to manage all aspects of your Special Event,
  • Specified Use of Kitchen Facilities by a Professional Catering Company.

ALCOHOL AND OPEN BAR POLICY

        La Luna is a BYO (Bring-Your-Own-Alcohol**) facility, which translates into substantial savings for our guests. Are you planning a non-alcoholic event? Just ask your caterer to give you a quote for a soda/non-alcoholic beverage service. Are you planning to serve wine and beer to your guests? Open bar and mixed drinks are in the works? No worry, it is still possible to have an open bar but without an open bar price tag. Your caterer will be able to assist you in putting together a beverage list to suit your needs.
        **Absolutely no underage drinking will be permitted. No cash bars, no straight shots allowed. La Luna reserves the right to limit the amount of alcohol brought into the facility. No alcohol shall be served during the last 30 minutes of the function time. All alcohol is the property of clients, and any remaining bar supplies must be removed from the facility at the end of function.
